New Staff Dish

You may be wondering what the staff curry is? Well as most people know Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine has changed over the years to suit the English palette so we decided to give you an opportunity to try the food we have at home and when friends come to see us. It is a tradition in Bangladesh to feed your visitors and that generally means a fish curry in a thin gravy (Sauce).

The dish is spicey but not overly hot, we eat bthis dish with a plain boiled rice.
